So I have this re-occurring problem here on WordPress where I sometimes cannot access the “new editor” since I only get up a white page with the WordPress logo.
The upside is that you can still edit inside the “old editor,” the downside is that if you want to contact tech-support you will be directed to the blank page in the “new editor” … which means that tech-support is useless unless you can access the “new editor.”
The same thing goes for the management of your payments. If you fear that you are having problems since your payment is due you cannot even check your status or payment plan since this will also direct you to the “new editor.”
Tech-support on WordPress is stellar and instant whenever you need it, or it is, if everything is up and running and working.
I’ve figured out that everything is operational when I’m using a different browser, so if you are experiencing the same you know what to do!
