I’ve gone back to recording and playing. I’m currently working on “Berit-Vol.2” and feel way more energised this year than what I did when I first started working on “Berit-Vol.1” If you want to follow and support the making of my new album then please go here: Please support my music! It is also possible to support my creativity via PayPal., and get the same rewards as a Patron.
I’ve already written several new pieces of music this year that has nothing to do with the “Berit” series, I’ve also gone back to proper practising and have picked up the creative pieces from before I got sick.
Back in 2016 it appears that I had made it my mission to complete the lyrics and concepts for my unreleased metal music, in addition to this I find myself overwhelmed by an abundance of audio notes, written notes, etc; featuring song ideas, lyric ideas, book ideas, character ideas, you name it.
I feel very strongly that I need to sort out as much of this as possible, in addition to this I have lots of ideas churning in the back of my mind in regards to relevant/timely blog entries, but I’ll let those simmer in the background as I finish up on all of these others things that are “cooking.”
The other day I was out in town doing something unusual in this day and age; browsing through library books on the quest for references for my 2nd illustrated lyric book. I will probably post a picture of my 1st illustration as I’ve only shared this with my followers on Patreon so far. I made a pretty cool artwork last year and have pretty much mentally mapped out how I want my new lyric book to look like so now it only remains to put all of the individual pictures together. Here are some pictures from my 1st lyric book, it is available as an ebook right here: ILLUSTRATED LYRIC BOOK the physical version is only available through my Patreon.
As I’ve regained my inspiration and drive I’ve lost interest in regularly blogging so I’ll take a break from this hobby, at least until I’ve sorted through all of these lyrics, story ideas and songs that are spread around all over the place.
My youngest brother all of a sudden appeared yesterday with a blank cardboard and tried to convince us that this was some sort of art piece.
We of course played along with his trolling and praised the work since we feel very strongly that it would do well over at Tate Modern or any other contemporary art gallery.
Since the surface was left blank it inspired me to quote one of my own lyrics, so I have now ironically turned this artwork into my own, displaying how an art piece can become a multi-art-concept by belonging to several individuals simultaneously, who’s interpretation of possibility might clash, reflecting the vulnerability of existence and natural tension contained within individualistic interpretation and expression.
The blank, empty surface was declared a work of art by my brother, my black and white photo of it can also be perceived as art, so me writing on it digitally now shows how one idea can turn to three.
Now it certainly belongs among the classics.
A little while ago I received my 1st printed version of my Illustrated Lyric Book 🙂 It made me so happy and proud to actually have a physical copy in my hand! I was positively surprised at the amazing quality as well; it certainly looks very exclusive when you hold it in your hands!
Signed Physical Copies of this book will only be available through my Patreon Page 😀 If you are keen on a digital copy of my Amazon Bestseller Lyric Book, you can get yours here: eBook. The eBook version is shorter since the Physical one also includes some pages with only artwork; I’ll give you a sneak peek here:
I’ve also released my 1st Blog Book; which is why a number of my entries have been set to private here on my blog. If you want a chronological insight into my Blog writing from my 1st entry up until Christmas 2016, then check this out. I’ve not included Music Industry related entries as these will be released as a separate book. Buy My Book Here!
If you like my drawings then make sure that you check out my very 1st book; my Amazon Bestselling illustrated children’s book “The Freezing Snowman.”
2 years after we first released my book “The Freezing Snowman” on Kindle it has finally charted and is now an official bestseller on Kindle UK I can’t believe it!!!!!! This really made my day Huge smile & a big thank you to my mom and the rest of “the clan” for their involvement Get my book here!!!!
Nothing makes me more happy than to see that my work is selling! It’s the greatest compliment you can get as a creative person 😀 No doubt!
This is my 2nd book to chart on Amazon actually, I also charted previously this year when I released my illustrated lyric book 🙂 I couldn’t believe it when it charted alongside Patti Smith & Bob Dylan in Amazon’s Lyric Book Section 😀 Lyric Book.
I first released my 1st Children’s book in early 2014, after missing the Christmas rush due to CreateSpace dragging their feet – sadly.
The book received little to no exposure besides my own social media and this interview right here: The Freezing Snowman.
Fans would buy signed physical copies directly from me, but on Amazon and Kindle it looked pretty dead. So you can imagine my surprise tonight when I saw that it had finally charted! Once again I’m incredibly grateful!!!!! A huge thank you to those who buy my work, and if you’ve missed out, then make sure that you check it all out 😀 ❤ Thanks again & God Bless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
UPDATE!!!! Woke up this morning and my book is actually climbing rather than falling!!!! Oh my gosh!!! Please keep on buying it!!!! 😀 😀 😀
This will officially be the look of my Christmas card 😛
No I’m not upset or anything! I just came across this in my “unpublished blog folder” and thought : “Hey? Why not put this one out?”.
The top drawing is a drawing I made based on my artwork “Hail To The Chief” which you can see below.
This is one of the monkeys being fed up just leaving the negotiating table.
I’m sure we all feel like walking away from things now and then.
Sometimes that could be a good thing to do, sometimes not.
Sometimes things might seem hopeless, but sometimes things might not be as mad as they seem.
