I came across this sad read about infamous feuds in Rock music today. Bizarre. Such a shame that people are so naturally conflict seeking. Music & Arguments.
Thanks a million to those of you who actually pay for my music and get me into the Amazon music chart again and again! It really means the world to me! Please make sure that you check out my latest guitar video on YouTube where I shred some Bach! Today my manager and I decided to share some behind the scenes LIVE footage with my fans & followers. This footage is from “the secret project” that I was being all mysterious about back in 2016. I was really excited to be doing this, working with some cool people from a serious label; but sadly fell ill with a vicious parasite infection. In addition I also got a shoulder injury in February 2017; so it felt really refreshing to find this video footage and see for myself the form that I was in! It has taken me over a year to finally be well again 😮 It was a major breakthrough when I finally had full movement in my arm, so I’m super stoked to finally be recording and playing again!
You can hear a preview of what I’m currently working on if you sign up to my Patreon page; below you can see the behind the scenes footage from my 3rd session with classical crossover! Thanks a lot to those of you who support what I do!
Yes it might not come as a mega-surprise, but seriously, I really love what I do. Profoundly.
Just finished my playing routine, going thru all the tracks from my classical album and also some of my riffs. All of those riffs feel easy to play in comparison to the violin virtuoso material, funny enough.
Once upon a time these songs represented my technical limit, which I now find a bit funny. I mean, technicality aside I still like those melodies of mine, but it is certainly not challenging to play those songs anymore.
I’ve now embarked on a brand new virtuoso piece, I just couldn’t help it.
I won’t tell anyone what sort of ludicrous project I’ve embarked on now, but I can reveal that it is again quite unique.
The feeling of your fingers flying over the fretboard, knowing exactly where they are supposed to land next, always one step ahead, combined with the memory used to its fullest force, is literally priceless.
If you cannot find joy in the art of just playing and mastering your instrument you are seriously doing something wrong.
I know. That I Love.
That I LOVE. What I do.
Let me repeat.
I adore what I do.
